FeeBuddy supports tuition and coaching, dance/music/arts, sports, gym/fitness, yoga/wellness, martial arts and other training businesses. Choose your organization type during setup for familiar participant and program labels.
Every new organization starts with 60 days free. Growing Center: ₹499 per month or ₹4,799 per year, up to 200 active participants. Established: ₹699 per month or ₹6,699 per year, unlimited active participants.
Growing Center and Established offer monthly or yearly billing after the 60-day trial. Yearly billing saves about 20%.
The first successful paid subscription, monthly or yearly, has a 14 calendar day money back guarantee starting on the first payment date, subject to the Refund Policy. Renewals do not restart the guarantee. The 60-day trial is separate. See the Refund Policy.
A configured fee is an agreed rate or amount. A charge records an amount owed only when explicitly created. Record money received as a separate payment, then keep its numbered receipt.
Record the amount received against the participant’s charges and review the remaining balance. An authorized user can reverse an incorrect payment and record a corrected payment. The original payment, receipt and reversal history remain available; receipts preserve their original details.
Membership periods describe participant entitlement dates. You explicitly create or renew them and can see current, upcoming and expired periods. These dates are separate from financial records; a renewal does not create a charge or payment.
Invite staff with existing roles such as receptionist, teacher or accountant, with defined permissions. Your organization type changes display labels, while the underlying access roles remain the same.
No. FeeBuddy does not currently send automated reminders. The demos include illustrative text for manual follow-up.
